Based on the production process and surface treatment, aluminum sheet can be further categorized as follows:
1. Rolled Aluminum Sheet:
- Hot-rolled sheet: Typically 6-200mm thick (refer to GB/T 3880-2012), used for heavy machinery;
- Cold-rolled sheet: 0.2-6mm thick, with high surface finish, suitable for electronic product casings.
2. Coated Aluminum Sheet:
- Fluorocarbon-coated sheet: Offers excellent weather resistance, with a service life of over 25 years (according to ASTM D1654 testing standards), used for building curtain walls;
- Anodized sheet: An electrolytically formed oxide film increases hardness to over HV800, commonly used for electronic product exteriors.
